These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of software and applications ("Services") operated by Reku Media ("we", "us", "our") that connect to third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, on behalf of a defined set of accounts operated by us.
The Services allow authorized accounts to publish previously reviewed video content to connected social media platforms via each platform's official API. Publishing only occurs after internal review; the Services do not publish on behalf of third parties who have not explicitly authorized the connection.
Each connected account grants access via the official OAuth authorization flow of the respective platform (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Google/YouTube). Access is limited to the scopes required to publish content and read minimal account information necessary for that purpose.
The Services must not be used to publish unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that violates the terms of service of the connected platform. We reserve the right to suspend a connection that we determine, in good faith, violates this section.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to availability, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reku Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
